Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your FrutigerLabs order.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at frutigerlabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at frutigerlabs@gmail.com and include photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
